Quizzes for this class only use the subtopics ticked here. Tick them off as you teach them: the next quiz's core questions focus on what's new, and review questions keep coming back to everything taught before.
When this class's quiz goes out and is due, and how long it is. Core questions are the same for the class; review questions are personal, from each student's misconceptions, gaps and spaced checks. Changes apply from the next quiz.
For a student who joins part-way through. Their login is made straight away: they log in with their ID and date of birth.
A CSV from your MIS with student_id, first_name, last_name, class, tier (F or H), plus date_of_birth to make their logins and, optionally, font_size for large print (e.g. 48). Use it at the start of the year and whenever students join or move class. Dates of birth only set the password: they aren't stored.
Each class's quiz day, length and what's been taught are on Classes: choose the class at the top.
For classes that have been taught everything (revision): each quiz's core questions cover the next row's topics, then the list repeats, from each class's own week 1. Classes part-way through the course follow what's ticked as taught instead.
Checked at five past every hour: new hand-ins are marked, feedback pages refreshed, and quizzes sent out on time.
End-of-topic tests you print and scan: build one from the question bank (or type the key of your own paper), print question papers and named answer sheets, then scan them with the photocopier, photos or a webcam. Results and the misconception summary stay with the assessment, separate from the weekly quizzes.
